Q: What time is the check-in and check-out?

A: The check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 1:30 PM.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: You can pay cash, using a credit card or bank transfer (some restrictions apply, please see our terms and conditions).

Q: Do you offer government required COVID stays?

A: Yes, we have been approved and provide government required COVID stays. Furthermore we take absolutely all necessary measures to prevent the virus spread and comply with all standards required by the government.

Q: Do you accept pets?

A: Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel and we welcome dogs and cats, though we request an additional per day. For more information, please take a look at our services and extras.

Q: Is breakfast included?

A: Yes, a continental buffet breakfast is included at not additional cost for the guests staying in the room. The breakfast is served from 6 AM to 11 AM but we also provide an express breakfast (coffee, tea, milk and snacks) from 2 AM to 6 AM in case you need to leave earlier.

Q: I am celiac, do you provide any breakfast alternative?

A: Yes, we have options for people with celiac disease. When making the reservation, you must tell us that you need a special meal for celiacs and we will take care of providing you with a suitable breakfast.

Q: Is there a restaurant available?

A: Yes, we do have a restaurant where we serve delicious meals from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Q: Is there space available for parking?

A: Yes, we do have parking garage at an additional cost, even if you are not staying at the hotel. For more details, please take a look at extras.

Q: Do you provide transfer to the airport?

A: Yes, we provide transfer to and from Ezeiza Internation Airport at no additional cost and Aeroparque Jorge Newbery in Buenos Aires City at an additional cost.

Q: Do you participate in the 'Previaje' program launched by the Argentine government?

A: Yes, Posada Bernie's participates in the 'Previaje' program. You can find out more about it by visiting the Previaje program website.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: In case of cancellation, we request to receive a written notification via email or by phone 48 hours prior to the check-in time on the arrival date. If the cancellation is not received in advance or in the event of a "no show", your credit card will be charged a penalty equivalent to 1 (one) night's stay.
The bank transfers will not be returned. Only in the event of canceling 48 hours in advance, we can leave the deposit for future use within 6 months after the cancellation date. For more information and detail, please read our terms and conditions.
